In a safe and confidential setting, you will have space to talk about difficulties and dilemmas, and feelings of confusion, anxiety or depression. I offer skilled help to explore and work through issues and feelings involved. There can be time to look at the repercussions for self and others and support to make changes or pursue personal development as a result. The method of working may focus on relationships, dreams, symptoms, conflicts and difficult emotions or practical issues.
I also undertake supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and other helping professionals engaged in emotional work with clients, offering a space for support, exploration and reflection for the practitioner.
If you would like to book or enquire about an appointment, please ring me at 01271 863319. I charge £30 (initial session £20), with a sliding scale for low income.
